All goods and services required for your medical travel including without limitation medical Procedures, accommodation and travel are provided to you directly by third party providers and not Meditrav.

As third-party providers have provided Meditrav with the Website Information for the website, Meditrav is unable to guarantee the accuracy of this information and therefore it should not be relied on by you.

You acknowledge that travelling overseas for medical purposes carries an element of risk and accordingly, you agree to assume all risk, responsibility and liability in connection with any goods and services (including without limitation all Medical Procedures and treatments) you ask Meditrav to organise for you in connection with your medical travel.
Meditrav does not take any responsibility and excludes all liability for loss or damage suffered by you in relation to any medical travel you ask Meditrav to organise for you.
