Lindy Andrews
Founder & CEO
As a 2018 CEO Today Healthcare Award Winner and a Telstra Business Woman of the Year nominee, Lindy Andrews is a dynamic and highly accomplished global tourism business professional.
Drawing on her extensive experience in marketing, sales development and digital media, Lindy is strategic, creative and effective. She has the unique ability to source the right talent for her team to achieve exceptional growth and success.
Under Lindy’s leadership, Meditrav offers a seamless and trusted service for each client. Her decades of experience moving thousands of people around the world for conventions has enabled her to manage almost every situation.
During events, she has had to deal with everything from broken bones to 80% of a group coming down with food poisoning from the airline to heart attacks.
Her global network is extensive, ensuring the Meditrav team is able to connect with the best locations and practitioners around the world.
Lindy is also an accredited medical tourism professional CMP
Dr Amandeep Hansra Medical, Digital Health Advisor
Dr Amandeep Hansra is a locally trained specialist General Practitioner who has worked both nationally and overseas and continues to work in clinical medicine at a General Practice in Bondi, Sydney.
She has a passion for startups and supporting women in Medicine and was awarded “Women Leading in Business Scholarship” for the Global Executive MBA at the University of Sydney.
Her past career has included both public, volunteer and private work, as well as in Aboriginal Health, Refugee Health, Occupational Medicine and Travel Medicine. She is a Fellow of the RACGP, an examiner for the College, holds a Master’s in Public Health and Tropical Medicine, the Australia Certificate in Civil Aviation Medicine, mentors junior doctors through the AMA and has completed the Company Directors Course through AICD.
Susanne Bleasel
Medical Advisor
Educated in the medical sciences and an alumni of the Nucleus Group, Sue has been responsible for the development and introduction of devices and technologies that have revolutionised medical care in Australia. On behalf of Hitachi, she introduced proton therapy to Australia.
As the current Managing Director of Proton Therapy Australia, she leads a team of specialists working to deliver the first Proton Therapy facility in Australia and Oceania.
Sue’s background spreads across pathology, cardiology and radiotherapy. Following a sojourn in France, she operated an English/French interpreter/translation service arranging, navigating and attending medical appointments for clients from New Caledonia.
Sue has an in-depth knowledge of the complexities of the Australian health industry including its funding mechanisms
Jon Harker
Media & Communications
Jon is a senior leader with a unique blend of experience and skills leading to a long history of success in diverse environments.
He has proven ability to develop and maintain deep relationships and has acted as a trusted advisor to CEOs and senior executive teams at a range of organisations – from entrepreneurial start-ups to major blue chip institutions.
Jon possesses a distinctive combination of skill encompassing strategic formulation ability, commercial acumen, disciplined execution and creative flair.
Kel Flanders
Marketing Director
Kel is a marketing professional with over 18 years’ experience, having held several senior positions working with blue chip brands and destinations.
She has managed many large-scale marketing campaigns, commercial programs and events but has a passion for helping entrepreneurs. Her tourism and hospitality experiences span many industries and several countries.
Case & Travel Management team
Our team of highly professional Case Managers are trained and overseen by our Medical Advisor. Working with our clients, they manage all the medical arrangements and support our clients during their health and wellness journey, both at home and abroad.
Our travel management team have worked and travelled extensively in the region, giving them an insider’s view of the best locations and times to travel. Overseen by our Travel Director, they work with our clients to support their travel arrangements.
